Returns

We do not accept returns. Refunds are only available under our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee as detailed below.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At TapNreview, we are confident in the effectiveness of our products, and we back them with a 90-day performance guarantee. If your average monthly Google reviews have not doubled after 90 days of using TapNreview products, you will be eligible for a full refund once the item is returned.

How to Claim the Guarantee:


Use your TapNreview products consistently for at least 90 days from the date of delivery.


Maintain records of your average monthly Google reviews before and during use. This documentation is crucial for your refund claim.

If your reviews have not doubled, compile supporting evidence such as screenshots, analytics data, and other relevant documentation. Claims without sufficient proof will not be processed.

Submit your claim by emailing support@tapnreview.com with your purchase details and the required documentation.

Our support team will review your claim. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Items must be returned in original condition. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.)

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 24-48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Prompt communication allows us to quickly investigate and resolve the issue.

Defective Products

If you experience any functionality issues with your TapNreview products, we may request photos, videos, or a description of the problem to accurately assess the situation. Once confirmed defective, we’ll process a replacement.

Product Warranty

Every purchase at TapNreview includes a 3-month warranty from the delivery date, protecting against manufacturing defects.
If a product is found defective within the warranty period but after the 30-day return window, we will provide a replacement (not a refund).

Shipping & Delivery

Pre-Shipment Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
To cancel, contact us immediately at support@tapnreview.com.

Items in Transit


Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.


If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days from shipping, contact support@tapnreview.com.

Non-Delivery Issues


If your package is lost or misdelivered, notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. If not, TapNreview is not responsible for the loss.

We'll assist with carrier investigations and may reship depending on the case.
